Dream Turkish Kitchen thanks all those who donated to their appeal following the devastating earthquake in Turkey

Dream Turkish Kitchen has thanked the people of Kingsbridge for their donations following the devastating earthquakes that recently hit Turkey.

The Dream Turkish Kitchen team posted on social media to say thank you to everyone who donated to their collections.

They said: "Dear people of Kingsbridge, your donations, both in cash and the missing items in our list, have been handed over to the necessary institutions by us.

"4,745 thousand buildings were destroyed, 13 million people in total were in a difficult situation for a while, but now life is returning to normal, wounds are healing, 12 big cities in total were affected by these earthquakes and these big cities will be moved to a region where there is no fault line.

"In one year, 4,745 buildings that were destroyed, that is one million households, will be rebuilt. It will be over in one year and people whose houses were destroyed by the earthquake will have their new homes again.

"The world's most severe earthquake, which has not been seen in history, unfortunately hit Turkey badly."
