Exhilarating beyond belief! I’m still feeling the effects 5 days later! Jumping higher than I could have possibly dreamed and having so much fun in the sea. It takes every bit of your energy but you are rewarded with a brilliant achievement and the best feeling. I’m a fairly fit but very overweight just turned 50 woman and it completely took all my stress and flushed it out. I just want to go again!!! The team are brilliant, I felt encouraged but safe. I blasted fears, stress and jumped into that sea with a new found need for more!!! We had such a great time, with Chris offering us a huge amount of information which we didn’t know before which is perfect! It was very refreshing and the course is done at a perfect pace for yourself. Lots of practical involved and we felt very comfortable throughout the whole course!
