An appointment was booked and Wesley, one of the assessors, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, explaining in layman's terms his recommendations to ensure I was fully compliant. This was backed up the next day with a PDF of his full fire risk assessment. I found this a very efficient, prompt and competitively priced experience and would highly recommend their services.
