They are straightforward, and get it done. I have used them for at least 7 years or more, even when I bought a new car I prefer that Steve’s team take care of my car than the original car dealer. I have used various garages over the years in different areas of the S. West & can honestly say these guys stand out for all the right reasons & I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Totally approachable, reliable, friendly & efficient to deal with, nothing is too much trouble, the work is done promptly without fuss, fully explained in non technical jargon & completed at a reasonable price. I very much value their totally honest open approach & fully trust my car is in good hands with Shute. They sort everything, completely take the stress out of any car issues as they arise, really go the extra mile & I can thoroughly recommend. Whether it is a straightforward repair or something which requires more investigation, they do the job with skill and a great attitude. Steve worked on and MOT'd my car without any issues and without moaning which is unusual for someone dealing with my old TVR. Sorted problems other garages could not. Very helpful would highly recommend SMVR!
