Our first was a loft conversion into two bedrooms and en-suite facilities and later for a kitchen extension. Clayton took on board our ideas, and was very helpful throughout the whole process. He kept us informed, was always available to talk with, either on the telephone or face to face, and to discuss any concerns we had. His drawings are extremely thorough, as is his attention to detail. Our builders commented how beneficial it had been to have such quality drawings as it made the build flow that much easier without problems or issues arising. We decided to use Clayton for the building control application and the full design. Our first meet with Clayton was great , we had a few ideas and he was totally on board with helping us build a perfect home which we still live in. Even though we did not employ him to oversee the build, he was always there if i needed him. He also helped with the sourcing of the Structural engineer who was sound.
