We are a successful, independent building construction company with our office situated between Totnes and Newton Abbot in South Devon. The company specialises in all aspects of groundworks, civil engineering schemes, hard landscaping works, renewable energy projects and new build homes, covering projects throughout the region for both main contractors and private clients.

Our range of works includes; bulk earthworks, site clearance, foundations, drainage, new roads, driveways, paving, retaining walls, commercial and agricultural projects and individual new builds. 

About Us

Founded in 1988, Pavilion Construction are a long established and successful construction company. The company is run and managed by Matt Fice who has over forty years experience in the construction industry together with an experienced team on the ground and in the office. We have built an acknowledged reputation for the high quality of our works and have won three major construction awards for our projects.

We employ a skilled and experienced workforce, most of whom have had many years of consecutive service with us. Training of our workforce is essential to our business and is actively encouraged, we are working towards having a fully certified workforce holding either a CSCS or CPCS card, an NVQ level 2 qualification associated with construction and several of our team already have higher site management qualifications. Pavilion are members of many recognised construction industry bodies and are certificated to carry out all aspects of our works by our Health and Safety Advisory groups.
