Leading home care and live in Care Agency specialising in tailor-made care. High quality carers with compassionate ethos.
We are a leading home care agency
We aim to provide you with the same standard of care that we would expect for our own families and loved ones; a tailor-made service taking into consideration unique qualities and needs.
We believe that the quality of our Carers is key to our success; we support and nurture them as much as we do our customers. We are proud of the working relationships that we build and we take pride in seeing them develop.
We deliver home care and support services in and around Kingsbridge, Torquay, Plymouth, Plympton, Ivybridge, Yealmpton, Brixton, Wembury and Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo.
From day one, the happiness and safety of our customers has been at the forefront of everything we do. And it always will be.
At Bluebird Care, our aim is simply to deliver a homecare service that we would be happy for our loved ones to receive. A personal, bespoke service, carried out by friendly and professional Carers - the very best possible care given by a trustworthy and dedicated company, for as long as it's needed.
Bluebird Care is committed to ensuring people have the option to receive high quality care in their own homes, without the strain and upheaval of leaving home in order to receive care. For this reason, we offer a comprehensive range of services; from 30 minute companion visits through to live-in care.
We ensure that our Care Workers are fully trained in domiciliary care, and we take pride in helping them continue their training and professional development . We are particular in who we employ as Carers, and those under our employment recieve a great deal of support from the Management team.
We enjoy and value lasting, trusted relationships with our customers and with our staff.
"The strong ethos of caring was reflected in the compassionate way staff treated people. Employees were particularly kind and compassionate and had a deep understanding of the impact of their caring actions" CQC Inspector 2016
