The food is excellent, they are dog friendly and the plants are good quality. There are a number of other small shops here too selling a range of interesting items. The garden centre is just lovely and the restaurant wonderful. We sat in the sun and enjoyed a delicious lunch served so well by polite staff. Avon Mill cafe didn't disappoint and their cheese scones were scrummy! The only thing I would note is that most places let you have coffee instead of a pot of tea within the price but we were charged more, not that that would stop us from returning. Lovely garden centre wth knowledgable staff and small boutique shops to mooch around. Then take your dog (or children) for a walk in the grounds and play in the stream.
