AG Trees - Professional, experienced and flexible tree care in the South Hams district, South Devon.
I have 19 years' continuous experience in Arboriculture, working on domestic, council and rail contracts and value quality above speed.
I am fully insured have both the RFS Certificate and National Certificate in Arboriculture from Moulton College. I also possess NPTC qualifications for climbing and aerial rescue, aerial and ground chainsaw use and Safe Use of Pesticides, plus LANTRA Brushcutters.
All work is to British Standard 3998:2010. My services include but are not limited to:
- Crown cleaning
- Formative pruning
- Crown thinning
- Crown lifting
- Crown reduction and reshaping
- Pollarding
- Tree felling
- Hedge trimming
- Clearing overgrown vegetation
I also offer a Brushwood chipping service where I can attend your property with my chainsaw and self-propelled wood chipper and process large piles of branches into woodchip for your use or to dispose of responsibly.
I offer fixed price quotations or I can charge by the hour. (usually 3hr minimum) subject to availability.

In April 2016, I engaged the services of AG Trees, Arboricultural Services of Aveton Gifford, Kingsbridge owned by Javier Fuente. I wanted to fell a small Cypress, a large Conifer and hard prune a Pittosporum. Javier is a consummate professional as was immediately demonstrated by his ""modus operandi"" There are insufficient superlatives to describe his work ethic, standards and service, which is somewhat of a rarity nowadays. His prices are very competitive and the removal of three loads of arisings from my property was included. Javier even visited my neighbour to ensure that their garden was left clean and tidy. My advice to resolve your tree problems is ""turn over a new leaf, branch out and better call Javier now before he is too busy"".

Great work from a professional, safe and very knowledgeable guy. Reduced the crowns of two big old ash trees, cleared off all the dense ivy, put it all through his chipper and left the garden very tidy at the end. Fair rates, hard working and good at his job. Very highly recommended for any scale of tree work.
