I am so pleased that I went. I have been suffering with tinnitus for years, but accepted it. Lately it had been getting steadily worse, and I had almost given up and had resigned myself to suffer with this. Only also now I seemed to have developed loss of hearing in my right ear. With the lack of sleep and not able to think clearly I was feeling desperate. Anyway I heard of Southwest hearing, I looked them up and read the reviews and phoned. Very quickly I was offered an appointment - the next day and with Jonathan's expert knowledge, skill and equipment he successfully cleared the earwax blockage that was causing the deafness. As for The Tinnitus it is still there, but very minimal and I can live with it as I can hear and think clearly again.
