It's fantastic. Nat and the whole group are incredibly welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. There's no shame or guilt involved - just lots of support. You get access to an app that has hundreds if not thousands of Slimming World recipes on it. They're all 'real' food. Filling and delicious and family friendly. The group are super friendly and welcoming and Louisa is motivational (and funny!). The plan (it's not a diet!) is easy to stick to as there's nothing that you can't have. There are loads of yummy recipes you can follow and once you've got the hang of it it's pretty easy to adapt any recipe to be Slimming World friendly. I can honestly say I'm enjoying food more now than I was before I joined - and I'm losing weight to boot.
