A bespoke, exclusive service, tailored for you, Coastal Concierge was set up by husband and wife team to take the hassle out of the ownership of your second property or holiday in the South West.

The family run team offer a discreet and personalised service to attend to your every need whether it be property management, holiday change overs, facilitating your holiday, organising events, or project management.

We tailor all service's bespoke to you. Here are some of the areas we are there to assist with but if there is anything else, feel free to contact us!

Home and Property Management

Home is where the heart is and we are aware how important it is for your home to be looked after just how you like it.  You can leave your home in a safe pair of hands so you can enjoy and relax without the boring day to day admin and chores to keep it going.  We are passionate about ensuring your home is kept to a high standard through our discreet and tailored service.  

Looking after your home while you’re away - We will visit your property on a regular basis and send your a photographic report every time to give you peace of mind while you are not there.  We can take care of your day to day admin such as maintenance, insurances, car servicing & cleaning and even waiting in for deliveries   We will organise cleaners, garden services and general maintenance as required.  To ensure your home is ready for your return we can arrange shopping and also close down for you when you leave, ensuring all bedding is washed and ready to go for your next visit.  

Home Improvements - We will source and project manage all your home improvements so you don’t have to.  Highly experienced in project management, with a great local supply chain, all jobs can be catered for.

Holiday Let Changeovers

We love hosting visitors to the South West!  We can mange the complete change over of your holiday let to ensure your guests have the highest quality accommodation and best experience while they are here.  Services include full cleaning and change over service, general maintenance, meet and greet service and 24/7 call out for your guests.

Managing Your Trip

Whether you are a resident, regular visitor or this is your first time to the South West we can organise your entire trip.  We can book you in to the best restaurants, arrange private chefs, organise days out, picnics and even party planning and personalised beach day packages.  We will arrange transport, baby sitters, car and boat hire to name just a few.

We would arrange a quick call with you to understand what you would like out of your trip and personalise the service to your needs. 

In house ‘chalet host’ experience - Chalet hosts do not have to be exclusive to the slopes!  If you would prefer to have someone to hand for your entire trip, we can arrange that for you.  They can stay with you on site to prepare meals, clean, transport you and support you for your whole break.

Boat Management

Mark has his RYA Power Boat licence so we can arrange for your boat to be dropped and lifted for the season, move it to where you would like it for the day and arrange the maintenance for you.
