Never used a service like this before so wasn’t sure what to expect, but from the moment I contacted them I was dealt with in a kindly and sympathetic manner, on the day of my pets internment the lady who I saw was so lovely and caring. Very happy with everything from start to finish, during what is a very heartbreaking time
