My turn to cook so it was raw king prawns and scallops pan fried in butter with green beans and new potatoes. Some marinated anchovies and olives on sticks to munch on whilst cooking....oh..and washed down with a white Riocha. The John Dory, Tuna, fish-pie mix, giant home made fishfingers, smokies, crab and salmon are to live for! That is to mention but a few of the offerings. Hi Emma, just to congratulate you on the nicest and freshest Turbot and Lemon Sole we have had in a very long time. We just pan fried it in butter and olive oil, dusted in a little seasoned flour. Beautiful.
