Our use of smaller local producers and traditional breeds means you can depend on us to supply you with first-rate products, many of which can’t be found in supermarkets. Not only that, our passion for charcuterie (cold cooked/smoked meats) gives us the opportunity to offer you something truly special.
All our meats and poultry are smoked on site using our own blend of woods - apple and cherry woods for bacon, for example. It’s an art which we’re continually honing and developing, to enhance and complement the unique flavours of each meat. We love it!
We rear our own sheep – the very best Devon Closewools, Herdwicks and Lleyns available. Other animals are carefully sourced to guarantee rearing to the highest levels of health and well-being.
