Sessions are run in the barn, on the beach, or at your home....
We offer both one-on-one personal training, or group training sessions.
You must book into the session(s) of your choice, as there is a maximum of 15 people per session.
Our workouts will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
