Thank you! I thought the Mindfulness Meditation course was excellent. I have already found it extremely useful in my everyday life and am enjoying my daily practice so far. Your relaxed manner helped us to bond as a group. It was clearly a very safe space in which to ‘open up’. I felt that you managed our time together extremely well – the pace always felt relaxed with opportunities for us to speak but you also covered a great deal of ground in each session. The main things that have helped me so far have been breathing more deeply and beginning to recognise that my thoughts are just thoughts. Both are proving hugely important when my mind begins to race. Thanks again for everything. It has been a brilliant experience and you have helped me more that I can express. Laurie xx
