Deborah teaches Mindfulness Meditation to individuals and small groups online and at Harbour House in Kingsbridge. These classes and workshops can really help people overcome the anxiety and stress in their lives and to battle the self defeating coping mechanisms that many of us have put in place.

Deborah is a Certified Life Coach and Certified Eating Psychology Coach and Mindfulness meditation teacher working with individuals and groups - in classes/courses/workshops and individual coaching.

Mindfulness was something I found rather mysterious - was there are right or wrong way of doing it?!
Meeting Deborah through a mutual friend, I had the confidence to give it a go. I recommend you do, too!
With Deborah's knowledge and gentle guidance, it explores some useful ways to navigate life - ways
which are subtle yet life-changing; in addition, it translates well into the on-line format, which we are all
now increasingly using after 'lockdown'; Deborah amazingly 'unlocked' us - with the tools of mindfulness.
She has a wealth of knowledge in the health care sector; all this feeds into her work and her expertise.

My Monday evening Mindfulness and Meditation classes are very special to me now. I feel very lucky to be part of such a lovely gathering of people headed up by Deborah herself. Each week Deborah visits different ways to include Mindfulness as a day to day "tool " expressed so eloquently but also so down to earth for us all to learn from and practice . Along with our Mindfulness chats ( which are greatly encouraged by Deborah ) short Meditations are included and a poem or two chosen carefully to sit along side.
I really feel that I am calmer and seeing and handling life slightly different. Thank you so much Deborah xxx Cheryl

Thank you! I thought the Mindfulness Meditation course was excellent. I have already found it extremely useful in my everyday life and am enjoying my daily practice so far. Your relaxed manner helped us to bond as a group. It was clearly a very safe space in which to ‘open up’. I felt that you managed our time together extremely well – the pace always felt relaxed with opportunities for us to speak but you also covered a great deal of ground in each session. The main things that have helped me so far have been breathing more deeply and beginning to recognise that my thoughts are just thoughts. Both are proving hugely important when my mind begins to race. Thanks again for everything. It has been a brilliant experience and you have helped me more that I can express. Laurie xx
