Join Outside Devon for a very special Sri Lankan feast with guest chef Rebekah Rose Smith.
Bekah will create a taste from distant lands, by using veg from our farm and as much local produce as possible she will connect us to the beautiful ingredients whilst honouring the Sri Lankan culture for its spice and vibrancy.
This menu is vegan friendly, we have 40 tickets available, please arrive at 7pm for food service at 7.30pm. More info and tickets via our website.

Starter
Tempura squash, local oyster mushrooms and broccoli
Served with tamarind mayo + curry leaf
Mains
Sri Lankan spiced cauliflower coconut curry
String hopper pilau with leeks and cashews
Bitter leaves from the garden and coconut sambol
Garlicky greens
Sticky caramelised onions
Pudding
Toasted emmar grain balls served with warm spiced oat cream, fried lentils (trust me!)
