For this very special seasonal Women’s Circle, we will gather on Sunday 18th December at 10am till 12:30 pm, for a morning of quiet reflection, gentle introspection, creativity, connection and soothing solstice sounds.
The Winter Solstice is a celebration of the sun’s return, of a new cycle, the return to the light. Being part of this cycle reminds us we too are reborn during this period. Following the darkest point of the year, a time of inward reflection, we can now birth all of that wisdom we have learnt from, into the world. Sharing our visions, naming our dreams, ready to nurture and nourish them and ourselves in the months ahead.
The longest night is a potent time to pause and reflect on the year that has passed, ready to release what no longer serves you, in order to make space and sow the seeds of new intentions for the coming year and return of the nourishing sun.
A celebration of the dark and the light, the lessons and the learnings.
This is a chance to reflect on all you have grown through this past year, celebrate all your achievements, give gratitude for the wisdom you have gained, acknowledge what no longer serves you and plant the seeds of new intentions so they can take root and bloom in the year ahead.
Katie will lead you to quietly reflect with guided meditations, connect to the energy of the solstice through a creative practice and celebrate the year gone past, ready to fully embody and manifest all you want from the year to come, through intention setting and ritual.
We will finish the morning with a sound meditation. Helen will take you on a journey, soothing your soul and integrating all of the wisdom this past year has shown you, ready to welcome in the new energy of this solstice and season.
This is the perfect pre festive gift to yourself,
the opportunity to recharge and regroup and take a moment to pause, just for you.
