On Thursday 9th February, our local MP, Anthony Mangnall, will be joining us in Thurlestone for a Q&A session about the housing and transport solutions we so badly need in the South Hams.
There will also be time for networking with local South Hams businesses.

ABOUT ANTHONY MANGNALL MP
He was elected as MP for Totnes and South Devon in 2019, and works hard to support local residents and businesses in areas such as connectivity, healthcare and rural opportunity.
He has led successful campaigns to temporarily reduce VAT for the tourism and hospitality sector, and to close a business rates loophole for second homeowners.
As a Permanent Private Secretary to the Treasury, he now has a direct line to the Chancellor and his Ministerial team.

In line with the Chamber’s strategic priorities for 2023, we will be focusing the 45-minute Question Time format on: Housing and transport solutions, to solve the staffing crisis.
Members are invited to submit a question here to ask our MP at the meeting.

⏰ TIMINGS: Arrive from 5.30-6pm for networking and drinks for a 6pm start
Followed by a ticketed supper at 7.30pm to include a two-course meal (main course + dessert)
