Who is this for?
This event is perfect for you if you are leading up to menopause, known as perimenopause, and for those of you who are going through it now and even if you are post menopausal. It's also a safe space for you to meet with other women who are in a similar place as you.
As our body's needs change as we age, we also need to address dietary changes, I will show you how eat so you are fully supported and keep symptoms to a minimum (if any).
Main aims of the workshop are:
- Learn what happens to your body during menopause and how to nourish your body with real food that supports you, for this particular life stage.
- Understanding what foods to enjoy so you can feel great as you transition into this new phase of life. Changes are required so we are fully supported and I will reveal all.
- Discover what foods support your weight, bone and cardiovascular health. I will also explain about insulin resistance (AKA pre-diabetes) and how this affects us as we age and how to address this for optimal health.
- I will share with you some simple food swaps that are easy when you know how.
- Come away feeling empowered to make your own healthy food choices knowing you are supporting your whole body, while looking and feeling your best.
- I will bust some common myths too and more!
