Merristock 2023 bills itself as a yoga & wellness festival with hatha yoga, laughter yoga, hula hooping, essential oil workshops, reiki workshops, and sound baths by day and sunset flow yoga, marshmallows around the fire pit and live music at night.
Join me for an action-packed one-day yoga & wellness festival at Merrifield House and celebrate the Summer Solstice in good company.
The sun is reaching the height of its powers; and we will harness the exuberant, fiery energy of summer, whilst at the same time, stay grounded and centred.
The festival is set in the idyllic location of Merrifield House, Kingsbridge, South Devon and offers both day and weekend ticket options, a full timetable of inspiring classes and workshops, and delicious vegetarian food.
Take time to press pause on the business of life. Focus on what really matters. Restore and revitalise body, mind and heart. Reconnect with yourself, others and nature.
This is a small intimate gathering with a friendly, energetic vibe. Tickets are limited to just 30. So please book soon to avoid disappointment. Over 18 years only.
Tickets: Day-only (£99.00 - Saturday 24th June) and weekend tickets (Accommodation in Main House - £175.00 - Saturday 24th to Sunday 25th June).
