South Milton Sands, offers us perfect natural surroundings, and an ideal location for our Summer Solstice Sunset Beach Yoga practice. Enjoy breath-taking panoramic views of the iconic Thurlestone Rock!
Summer Solstice is a celebration of the completion of the cycle, that started at the Winter Solstice; it is a doorway to the second half of the year. The sun is reaching the height of its powers; and we harness the exuberant, fiery energy of summer, whilst at the same time, staying grounded and centred.
*What plans and visions do you wish to initiate at this highly fertile and abundant time of year? What do you need to prune back and let go of in order transition into the unknown?*
Refresh your body and focus your mind in the great Devon outdoors with sand between your toes. Our practise will end just in time to watch the sun set, casting a spectacular display of colour on the shimmering sea and majestic rock before us.
