An introductory course for new and beginner meditators, you will learn a variety of techniques on meditation and mindfulness life skills, there will be guided meditations each week, a related talk and time for questions and answers.

Each class builds on the previous so attendance at all 6 classes is preferred for maximum benefit.

Mindfulness meditation can help to bring more calm, clarity and balance to life.
