- SUP Yoga in the morning – Kingsbridge – TIME: 10:00am to 11:30am.
Improve your balance, core strength, emotional and spiritually harmony, as your body works to stay stable on the board challenged by wind and tide!
- Beach Yoga in the afternoon – Hope Cove – TIME: 15:00pm to 16:00pm.
Enjoy unforgettable views of Bolt Tail! Refresh your body and focus your mind in the great Devon outdoors with the sun on your face and sand between your toes!
Lunch – And for in between sessions, either bring a picnic or book lunch at one of our lovely restaurants or cafes (please ask me for recommendations, if you are unfamiliar with the local area).
