Breathing Space is perfect if you’d like to reduce;

(Or if you just fancy an hour to yourself in the middle of the day to lie down!)
There is no need to interact with anyone, you simply come along, lie down and close your eyes while I talk through a beautiful guided relaxation designed to help calm the mind in an easy, enjoyable way. Harbour House has mats and blankets, so you just need to bring a pillow if you wish unless you have your own mat and favourite blanket
Wednesday 12pm until 12:45pm at Harbour house (30 mins for the Guided Relaxation)
Places are £6 each or £20 for a block of four consecutive weeks. Please note booking is essential as If you would like to book, please message me and I will send you my bank details for a transfer to secure your place. (Unfortunately, I can't refund or reschedule any missed places out of a block)
