Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation, its techniques and practices .Takes place in a small group setting at Harbour House, Kingsbridge.
This course is for beginners or new meditators, not for experienced meditators.
Before the course starts, we will have a short phone conversation to check this course is right for you and for you to ask any questions before booking your place.
Included each week:
Teaching on a variety of mindfulness meditation techniques
Practicing the meditations.
A talk on an aspect of mindfulness/meditation/compassion.
Group discussions and Q&A
