Mindfulness meditation teaches you how to calm your mind, reconnect with your body and see your life more clearlyIt helps you to live in the present, where your life really is. Regularly practiced find it can bring more joy, peace, clarity and happiness.
What to expect:
Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation, its techniques and practices .Takes place in a small group setting at Harbour House, Kingsbridge.
This course is for beginners or new meditators, not for experienced meditators.
Before the course starts, we will have a short phone conversation to check this course is right for you and for you to ask any questions before booking your place.
Included each week:
Teaching on a variety of mindfulness meditation techniques
Practicing the meditations.
A talk on an aspect of mindfulness/meditation/compassion.
Group discussions and Q&A
Journaling and Homework
