We would love to invite you to join us by the lake at Creacombe Farm, Yealmpton, to celebrate the Autumn Equinox at this very special seasonal Women's Circle.
We will gather on Sunday 18th September at 10am till midday, for a morning of quiet reflection, gentle introspection and soothing soulful sounds ~ to rebalance, release, reset and restore.
Spend time immersed in nature, a moment to pause and centre as we move into the next chapter of the year.
The Autumn Equinox is the perfect time to turn inwards, reflect on the year so far and shed anything that needs to be released. Whilst also giving gratitude for all we have achieved and harvested in our life so far.

Katie will lead you to quietly reflect with guided meditations, rituals and journalling for self enquiry. Whilst Helen's plays her instruments in this incredible natural backdrop and acoustics, to inspire and soothe you.
We will finish the morning with a sound meditation, Helen will take you on a journey, where you can fully let go of all you have uncovered and integrate all you have learnt and want to call in. Restoring the balance within you, leaving you feeling rested and refreshed ready to embrace the next cycle.
