Based in Kingsbridge, we are offering a full time position for an experienced administrator. The role is to manage and coordinate the clients expectations for project delivery which includes purchasing, logistics, invoicing and day 2 follow up.
The candidate must have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to multi-task and problem solve whilst maintaining flexibility in response to changing requirements
- Ability to use own judgement and initiative
- Experience in working in a fast paced organisation with ever changing needs
- Recognise that customer satisfaction is a principal measure of our business and values
- Expect to affect change and take ownership of your responsibilities
- Ability to quickly gain an understanding of systems and processes
- Strong skill in Microsoft
