Responsibilities:
-Provide expert advice and guidance to clients in selecting and customizing personal lines insurance policies, including motor, household & marine products.
-Collaborate with clients to explain policy terms, coverage details, and answer any insurance-related enquiries.
-Handle policy New Business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims efficiently and effectively, ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
- Majority of client contact will be over the telephone and occasionally in person face to face.
Qualifications / Skills:
-Experience in the insurance industry is not essential; we are happy to train the right person that fits the company’s expected skills, work ethic and are willing to learn.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner over the telephone and face to face.
-Proficiency in / Quick to learn insurance industry software and MS Office.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
