Enquiries have been made by police to locate him and officers are now appealing to the public for information on his whereabouts and to report any sightings.

Hurrell is described as being a white male, around 5ft 6ins tall and of medium build with scruffy short brown hair and a goatee. He may have since grown his hair out.

He has links across Devon including Thurlestone, Saltash, Plymouth, Paignton and Torquay.
