"The flat roofs over the bay windows of my property were in a dreadful state. With the onset of winter being imminent, the need for immediate repairs was urgent. "Excellent service from start to finish. Contacted for a small but difficult garden fence job. Very quick reply, competitive quote and fitted us in quickly to complete job. Despite the work being challenging with tricky garden with tree roots, work was complete quickly and result was great. Great communication throughout and very reliable, I would highly recommend to anyone else for work, from small jobs to larger projects."

"This below was the answer I've received from Devon highway in regards of the speed of cars in Rack Park Road travelling to Henacre road.
I've also experienced 2 car crash at the bottom of Rack Park road and other parked car being hit from Henacre to rack park road and vice versa majority of this accident are reported on Facebook.
They don't hold any records because the police won't be bother to log the accident as nobody is being injured.
Results in our car being smashed but no records of it.
"Thank you for your comments and I'm sorry to hear of the incidents you mention, including the one involving your cars.
Rack Park Rd and the rest of the estate have quite narrow roads with many parked cars further restricting the width. In my opinion and in my experience this limits the speeds of most vehicles to below the posted speed limit. No doubt there will be a minority of drivers that drive without due care and attention but there is currently no proposal to reduce the limit. {Lisa - check that KTC haven't submitted a request for a 20}
I have checked our accident record and, fortunately, there have been no recorded accidents anywhere on Rack Park Rd or the estate in the last five years. That being the case, there would be no justification for diverting much-needed resources from other more problematic sites.
Residents' Parking or other restricted parking has from time to time been considered in Kingsbridge. However, because these restrictions involve extra enforcement, there would be additional resources required which would involve introducing pay&display parking locally to generate the funding. In the past this has not been acceptable to the local community so these types of parking restrictions have not been progressed. This is something that you might like to discuss with your local Town Council as any further consideration given to parking restrictions would be done on a town-wide basis rather than in any individual area. Similarly, your Town Council would need to be involved in any future discussions of applying to reduce the speed limit of your road.

"A fantastic facility. Clean as a whistle, extremely easy access with different types of trollies and stair climbing sack truck available for your use. Provided with your own access code one can enter from 7 am. Ample parking, adjacent to the recycling centre (very handy) and staff that are super helpful who can provide useful contact details for removal firms, man with van etc. The set up far exceeded my expectations. Well done!"

"We required a surface water drainage assessment as part of a planning application for an extension. At first we attempted to approach a a larger company who provided very little guidance and ambiguous information on the process and service they would provide. In addition to a number of unreturned phone calls and hefty quote.
Simon in contrast was a breath of fresh air, making it very clear what we would require to support our planning application and what service he provided. He went out of his way to accommodate our timescale and produced an excellent report in a timely fashion. Needless to say our planning application was successful and we thank him for his assistance fantastic service."

"Fin and Paul were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were incredibly professional, considerate and calm throughout, and worked so efficiently while still taking great care with everything.
I genuinely couldn’t have met two friendlier or more helpful men. Moving can be an incredibly stressful but Fin and Paul made the whole process so much easier. They reduced the stress rather than adding to it, which I really appreciated.
A thank you also to Andy for arranging everything and for all of the correspondence throughout. He was incredibly helpful, responsive and made the whole process straightforward from the beginning.
They were also very reasonably priced, making the whole experience even better.

Once the property was on the market, Catherine and Debbie were absolutely brilliant. "I agree with everything Cllr Dan Thomas has written in his letter. People were not given the opportunity for a democratic vote in deciding which council they would prefer to make decisions on their behalf and which impact on their lives and community in this dividing up of Devon. I can not see any tangible benefits for residents in so many areas and the cost to implement the division makes it seem a waste of money that could be used for more local decisions. If new PM Andy Burnham is serious about putting decisions more locally then I would urge him to listen to the voices against the plans and not force people to come under a different council just because it benefits two Devon cities rather than the majority of Devon rural residents who are extremely unhappy about this dividing up of Devon. "

"I’ve had an excellent experience renting their storage unit. I like the way everything is automated so I can come and go as I please. The space is clean with easy access and staff are on site during working week hours, if I need them. There’s always plenty of parking and equipment to help me move all my stuff. I feel the pricing is competitive and I love how it’s easily accessible from the town centre. I’d highly recommend."

"Ian has done a few different jobs on our house including new drainage routes, building stud walls, plastering, new windows, laying stone floor and tanking a damp wall. All of these jobs were done to a brilliant standard in good time. Communication throughout all of the work has been really clear and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. "

"Ian and his team of selected tradesman did an excellent job installing a utility room in to my house at Hallsands. The workmanship was very good. The project was completed without fuss and on budget. Ian and his team were always polite, flexible and friendly. The clean up was comprehensive. I would not hesitate to use Ian for future building works.

"Kevin has painted our entire house on the outside and worked consistently well even though the weather was sometimes against him. It was also quite awkward to reach some of the areas but he managed to do it. He is very reliable and easy to have around. He is meticulous and made sure that nothing was splashed. He came back to clean the windows afterwards to make sure that the windows were totally clean. And he cleans our windows on a regular basis. He is also very careful around the plants. I would recommend him without hesitation."

I highly recommend Simon at STG Engineering.
I contacted Simon for advice regarding attenuation and drainage requirements for a development project, and he was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to review the information, explain the requirements clearly and provide practical, professional guidance that gave me confidence in moving forward.
His knowledge of drainage, soakaways and attenuation design is excellent, and he was always approachable, responsive and willing to help. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is both highly experienced and genuinely interested in finding the right solution.
