The village of Dartington has a beautiful, scenic setting and offers a popular award-winning village pub dating from 1320 together with a village stores, garage and all that the nearby Dartington Hall estate has to offer. The nearby market town of Totnes gives access to a wide range of both independent and larger stores, together with pubs, restaurants, galleries and a leisure centre. The nearby mainline train station at Totnes has excellent connections to London, as well as to Penzance and Plymouth. The area offers plenty of sporting opportunities, as well as a wide range of aquatic pursuits, maximising the proximity of the River Dart and the stunning Devon coastline.
