After the death one of our family who lived in Salcombe, we were fortunate to inherit her house. Unfortunately, due to the relative's ill-health over many years, the condition of the house was very poor . Sorting it out was complicated because we live in Yorkshire, and had to arrange everything at a distance.

Moyseys provided an excellent solution to the issue. Their advice on what flooring to use, with LVT on the ground floor and carpet above, was sound. They helped to specify the quality of materials and provided appropriate samples so we could choose the final colour scheme. Their quotation was also the most cost effective.

They had to split the job into two parts - clearing the old dirty flooring before a decorator came in, and then returning to lay the new flooring. Everything was done as arranged over the 'phone, and exactly when promised. The job was made more difficult by having to work around the furnishings remaining in the house. They co-operated very effectively with the decorator who was completely repainting the interior.

When contacting Moyseys from Yorkshire, all the staff seemed well briefed with what was required, and how the job was progressing.

The final result is definitely successful, both attractive and at a very fair price. The quality of the finish is excellent.

We finally got the chance to visit Salcombe to see the end result in the house and to meet the Moyseys team. We found their operation and staff were just as good in person as the impression they gave on the 'phone.

Overall a most satisfactory purchase.
