A family run business which has everything you would expect from fresh fruit and vegetables to a deli counter, butchery counter, retail groceries, café, plant centre and more! We stock a wide range of everyday groceries, household items, alcohol and more, including beer, cider and soft drinks from our own brewery (which is located next door).

The focus of our shop is to support as many local producers as possible. You will find many Devon based products on our shelves to minimise food miles and consequently carbon footprints. On entry to the Farm Shop, you will find a mixture of local artisan shops, this started as a simple ‘pop up’ space for local arts and crafters which now has evolved into its own shopping space including permanent residents Relish, The Tin Can, Eden Hair Studio, Becky Brine, The Shed and Green Garden Spaces. Our one remaining ‘Pop Up Shed’ rotates almost weekly throughout the year to feature lots of local producers, be sure to check out the blackboard to see who is there next.

Next door is our sister business South Hams Drinks. The Taphouse is part of the Café area and here you can enjoy our beer, cider and soft drinks whilst witnessing a working Brewery.

Here at Stokeley we are so much more than a Farm Shop.

With the glorious countryside all around and the seaside in walking distance, we naturally benefit from all that Devon provides and we like to feature as much of that bounty here as possible. From daily essentials to locally produced treats. Find fruit, vegetables, Durrant’s Butchers and deli counter, fresh local bread, a range of drinks, groceries, household, pets corner and more!

Outside you will find: the Pop Up Shed – featuring local artisans and craftspeople, check the blackboard for who is here next. Plus don’t forget to have a look at our permanent residents in their container’s & shed’s; find homewares and lifestyle stores including Relish, The Tin Can, The Shed, Becky Brine, Eden Hair Studio. Then you can not miss Green Garden Spaces and their wonderful plant centre offerings. Stocking a range of pots, compost and seasonal plants.

Eat

Stokeley Café & Taphouse is the place to spend time and indulge the tastebuds: serving food all day, with hearty breakfasts to put a smile on your face and a seasonal menu lovingly prepared by Malcolm, Toby and the kitchen team, making sure our food is at its finest. Not forgetting the ever-changing specials board. Something for all, even if it’s just a slice of homemade cake and a cup of tea.

You will notice our wood fired Pizza oven on entry, it is one of a kind in the area, serving up crispy based, tasty topped choices during peak seasons. Keep an eye out for the Pizza board for choices and times. Current serving times; June 2023: Friday’s from 4pm – 8pm, Saturdays from 12noon.

Sunday Roasts are served throughout the winter months with a choice of local beef, pork and chicken being served. During the summer months why not choose from our Seafood Sunday menu, don’t worry we still have some meaty and veggie options too.

Local suppliers and producers are used wherever possible, keeping those food miles down! Dogs welcome in the Taphouse and in our outside areas.

Drink

Award-winning ales, ciders, soft drinks and the ideal venue for your events.

The Taphouse is the home of South Hams Drinks, our award-winning sister business next door and is a must-visit, with its laid-back chilled style. Serving up real ales and ciders on tap in a working brewery, the atmosphere is one of a kind. Why not try a sample paddle of beers to find your favourite. If your lucky you might even visit on a brewing day.

You can even hire the Taphouse for your own events!

The Taphouse is a fantastic space that can easily host up to 200 guests, choose from just hiring the space to adding food from our own chefs or bespoke catering to suit your requirements. Available for exclusive use and non-exclusive.
