A mother and daughter who were involved in a car crash in the summer are reaching out for anyone who has dashcam footage of the incident.

Deb Ward and her daughter Sadie were involved in a head-on car crash on the road between Kingsbridge and Malborough, very close to Preston Cottages, on the evening of Saturday, 7 August.
Deb has just been released from hospital after spending 16 weeks in Derriford and South Hams hospital and has been told by doctors that it could take another 12 weeks for her to completely recover, although Deb said “some injuries I may never recover from”.
So Deb is now reaching out to people who at the time told her they had dash cam footage of the crash and is asking them to contact her through her Facebook page.
She also wanted to take this opportunity to thank those who helped her that night and through her recovery so far. She said: “I want to be able to say a huge thank you to Kingsbridge and Salcombe Firefighters, all at South Hams Hospital Ward and Nick Taylor, the taxi driver, who was first on the scene and stayed with us until we left in the ambulance. We very much appreciated your help and kindness.
“We are so blessed to have so many lovely people locally like our firemen and nurses in South Hams.”
