Shane and his team were fantastic from start to finish.

Great communication from the start - he came up to do a temporary repair to our roof, despite being booked up for a while.
The job started early, and was managed exceptionally well.

Both guys in his team were brilliant, tidy, polite, respectful around our kids and happy to help.

Shane took us through each element of the job, taking the time to explain the process in layman's terms and taking obvious pride in his work. He was helpful in assisting us pick tiles, and dropped off several samples before the job to enable this.

We had solar installed at the same time, which complicated things slightly, requiring the removal of some ancient solar panels on the roof, and installation of brackets before tiling around them. He was initially not happy with the way the brackets were fitted, so liaised with the solar company to ensure a proper job was done at the end.

Every day, the job site, and our driveway was left neat and tidy, plus the house and walls immaculate after a good clean at the end of the job.

We needed to split the job in two due to cost constraints, so looking forward to getting him and the boys back next year when we can afford to complete the other half!

Shane responded immediately to initial call and promptly visited to quote for the roofing work. Very hard to get any other roofers to quote. He and colleague worked exceptionally hard and completed a very professional repair to our roof. Thoroughly recommended. Hopefully won't need him again (!), but if another roof leaks I'll certainly call him in again.
