Kingsbridge Coastguard Rescue Team were called to an injured casualty on Thurlestone Sands on Saturday. 

Kingsbridge Coastguard Rescue Team were tasked by Falmouth Coastguard on Saturday, 20 July, at around 1pm.

The team arrived on scene and assisted the community first responder and South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust paramedics.

The team said on social media: "We wish the casualty a speedy recovery."
