Man who died in Plympton this week is named as murder charges are brought
Police have named the man who died in a collision between a car and a pedestrian on the outskirts of Plympton this week as David Kelly.
Police have charged a man in connection to David's death on Tuesday night, 21 March, on Leigham Manor Drive, Leigham, Plympton, earlier this week.
Police were called at around 8.55pm on Tuesday 21 March to reports of a collision involving a car and pedestrian in Leigham Manor Drive.
David Kelly died on Tuesday
A man died at the scene; he has since been named 42-year-old David Kelly from Plymouth.
Luke Dann, aged 36, of Beechwood Rise, Plymouth, has been charged with murder.
He has been remanded into custody and is due to appear at Plymouth Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, 25 March.
