Peacocks in Kingsbridge is no longer of danger of closure after "lengthy negotiations".

Staff at Kingsbridge Peacocks have been in limbo for months since the 'Closing Down Sale' signs went up in the windows last year.

Now staff have announced that after "lengthy negotiations", the branch has come out of closure.

A message posted to social media from Linda Stewart, Nikita Hollingworth and Team Kingsbridge, said: "The red sale posters are down and we have a fantastic new window display showing some of our new autumn range.

"We would like to thank all our customers for their loyal support and kind words throughout this time."

Congratulations to all the Peacocks staff for the end of the uncertainty.
