Totnes Fire Crew attend workshop fire alongside 12 other stations

Totnes Fire Crew was one of 13 crews who attended a workshop fire in High Bickington. 

The workshop, on a farm in High Bickington, was "well alight" when crews arrived and contained diesel and oil.

Nearby residents were advised to close windows and doors due to a thick plume of black smoke.

Crews finally left the scene at 1.30am today, Wednesday, 26 October, and checked on the scene again later.

No injuries were reported.
