Update on crash at Sorley Cross on Friday

One woman was taken to hospital after a crash at Sorley Crash on Friday, 2 May. 

Officers were called to reports of a road traffic collision involving two vehicles on Sorley Cross, between Loddiswell and Kingsbridge, at around 4.20pm today, Friday 2 May.

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service and South Western Ambulance Service Trust were both on scene alongside Devon and Cornwall Police. 

A spokesperson for the police said: "A woman was checked over at the scene by paramedics and was taken to hospital as a precaution." 

The road was never closed.
