An immersive retreat experience blending yoga, nature, restoration, and award-winning cuisine from The Seahorse is coming to the South Hams.
The Wild Ones retreat is taking place on three weekends in 2025, and promises a relaxing weekend with decadent food, yoga, beautiful countryside, luxurious setting and five-star bedrooms.

Seaflowers' yoga studio
Held at Seaflowers, a luxurious, recently renovated, beautiful seven-bedroom waterfront property on Frogmore Creek, the Wild Ones retreats will be an opportunity to turn up and be completely looked after. Food, accommodation, activities and relaxation are all taken care of for you.
The food will be provided by celebrity chef Mitch Tonks of The Seahorse Restaurant, for the Friday night feast, with indulgent sharing platters, seafood, and meat dishes - steak, scallops, monkfish and salads. Hannah Thomas from Herbs & Wild will be providing the food for the rest of the weekend, with everything catered - breakfast, lunch, dinner and some extra treats.

Suzy Greenwood, Seaflowers, explained that it was totally up to attendees about how they would like to use the retreat to look after themselves.
Suzy said: "There will be guided walks, yoga, massages and other activities, but if you want to spend the day in the hot-tub with a glass of prosecco or relaxing quietly with a book, it is completely up to you.
"Our Wild Ones retreats are for anyone looking to unwind, relax and take time to nourish and restore themselves. We welcome solo visitors, couples, groups of friends, mothers and daughters – come and join likeminded souls and let us take care of you."
Mitch and Sadie Tonks
Sadie Tonks is the yoga instructor who is partnering with Suzy and Seaflowers to put on the Wild Ones retreat. While Sadie has hosted retreats for seven years, they have been more barebones and unplugged, this collaboration with Seaflowers will be a truly luxurious and pampered weekend.
The retreats will host between eight and 12 people, and bookings can be made for you, or for you to spoil someone else - book your place here.
Seaflowers dining room
The first Wild Ones retreat will take place on 14-17 March, and there will be a £50 discount for the first weekend. Other retreats will take place on 11-14 July and 17-20 October 2025.
Starting from £749 per person, highlights include:
- Daily yoga sessions led by Sadie Tonks, focusing on relaxation and mindfulness
- Coastal walks exploring the stunning South Devon coastline
- A welcome feast prepared by Mitch Tonks of the Seahorse Restaurant, alongside meals by Hannah Thomas from Herbs & Wild and the Riverford Field Kitchen
