Totnes Fire crew were called to a car on fire in Lower Cobberton. 

The crews were called at 2.30am on Wednesday, 11 August, to a car on fire outside a house. When they arrived, they found the fire had spread to the main passenger compartment. 

Crews extinguished the fire and the vehicle was left with 10 percent fire damage and 80 percent smoke damage. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
