The Café
At Village Farm Café, we are very proud to serve local and organic produce and passionate about creating a healthy and varied menu. We keep things seasonal and try to use local producers to support the Devon economy. With homemade cordials, fresh juices and cakes there’s sure to be something for everyone. A small and friendly team will greet you, and whether you’d like a quiet lunch or someone to have a chat with, you’ll be sure to find what you’re looking for at Village Farm.
Whether you’re gathering with family and friends for lunch or making a quick pit stop whilst on a walk, the Café is a warm and welcome environment with friendly staff space for dogs and buggies.
With a large car park, we are the perfect place to park and start or finish a walk with a sweet treat or a spot of lunch.
The Village Shop
The Village Shop is bursting with seasonal, colourful and fresh produce. In the Shop you will find a quality selection of supplies – from everyday essentials to something special. If it’s not grown on the farm, we source it from carefully chosen suppliers. Here’s some of what you can expect to find:

Bell Tent Camping
Why not stay a while at Village Farm this summer? It’s a wonderful place for people who like to be close to nature, as well as keeping cosy and comfortable.
We have five bell tents with incredible views across the Salcombe Estuary. Each tent can accommodate families of up to five, and they all have a comfy mattress for the adults and roll away mattresses for children. Guests need to bring their own linen as we don’t provide.
In The Camp there is also as a large shared ‘Mess Tent’ for relaxing, compost loos and hot showers.
The Camp is 15 minute walk from the beaches in Salcombe Harbour and a five minute walk from the Farm Café and Village Shop.

We have been here quite a few times now, and have brought friends as well. It’s a fantastic place, food is excellent and well priced. Chef has an imaginative mind with food and it is always delicious and healthy. A good walk from salcombe via ferry but well worth it, or you can drive around to it. Views over Salcombe from the top is spectacular, a good photo opportunity.

A beautiful space, filled with lovely things! We enjoyed a wonderful brunch here (very gluten free friendly) and couldn't leave without getting a few cakes as takeaway too. Fantastic choice, fresh produce and a must visit if over that way or make it part of your trip

Have had lunch here several times (both with friends & on my own), and bought cakes to take home: every mouthful superb! The food is imaginative, interesting, fresh & delicious; the staff friendly; the barn conversion & furnishings a delight. Very highly recommended!!
