A cement mixer has overturned on the Woodlands road, and it is currently blocked.
A cement mixer has overturned on the A3122 (Dartmouth Road), just before Bugford Lane on the way to Dartmouth.
The road is currently blocked with one person with minor injuries.
The road is closed from Totnes Cross. You can still access both Woodlands and Dartmouth Golf and Country Club, however there are extensive delays in the area. Avoid if possible.
Reports coming in that the lanes in the area are completely solid and haven't moved in around an hour.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "One person with minor injuries. Will be a case of getting vehicle recovered.
"Highways have the road closures."
