Five children raised money for the RNLI while on their holiday in Salcombe.
The five young people, Isabella and Amelia aged seven, Constance aged 10, William aged five-and-a-half, and Beatrice aged five, met Salcombe RNLI volunteers off the boat as they completed an exercise.
A spokesperson for Salcombe RNLI said: "The five [of them], along with their families, were in Salcombe for the half term holidays, staying in a cottage looking directly at the Salcombe ALB Lifeboat at its mooring.
"Together they decided that during their holiday they would like to raise monies in support of Salcombe RNLI. A plan was hatched to sell shells from their cottage gate, a plan that saw them raise more than £64. Amazing!!
"From the Coxswain and Crew, a big thank you for your amazing effort."
