Police have charged an Ivybridge man in connection to an incident in Plymouth.  

Police have charged a man in connection to an incident on Millbay Road, Plymouth on Monday, 11 September.

Luke Smerdon, 34, of Exeter Road, Ivybridge, has been charged with inciting a girl aged 13 to 15 to engage in sexual activity.

He was due to appear before Plymouth Magistrates’ Court today, Friday 15 September, but we don't yet have an update.
